Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AcePSLE, operated by TAVATAR Technology Pte Ltd (Singapore). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to register. Children aged 12–17 may use the Service only under the supervision of a registered parent or legal guardian. Children under 12 may not have an individual account.
2. Account Registration
Each parent may register one account. You must provide accurate, current information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Some features require an invite code. Without an invite code, your account is in preview mode (browsing only).
3. Service Description
The Service consists of (a) free online practice for Singapore PSLE preparation in Math, Science, English, and Chinese, with basic answer feedback and basic reports; and (b) optional, paid AI-personalised analysis services activated by a human advisor after you contact us.
Online payment is not currently available. Paid services are activated manually after consultation via WhatsApp, WeChat, email, or a contact form.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
(a) Scrape, copy, redistribute, or sell question content;
(b) Share your account credentials with others;
(c) Submit false, misleading, or harmful content;
(d) Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service;
(e) Use the Service for commercial purposes without our written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
Question content is curated by AcePSLE and licensed solely for personal, non-commercial use by registered users. The AcePSLE name, logo, and software are the property of TAVATAR Technology Pte Ltd. You retain ownership of any answers you submit, and grant us a non-exclusive licence to process them in order to deliver the Service.
6. Payment & Refunds
Paid services are billed via PayNow, bank transfer, or other channels arranged with our advisor. The following refund policy applies:
(a) AI Diagnostic Report: full refund if requested within 7 days and the report has not been delivered;
(b) Monthly Plan: pro-rated refund for unused days, less SGD 30 administrative fee, if cancelled mid-month;
(c) PSLE Sprint: full refund within 7 days of activation; pro-rated thereafter, less the cost of services already delivered.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
7. Disclaimer
AcePSLE is an educational tool. We do not guarantee improved exam scores, admission outcomes, or any specific result. Practice content is curated to align with the Singapore PSLE syllabus but is not endorsed by the Ministry of Education.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, TAVATAR Technology Pte Ltd's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable. Upon termination, paid services may be refunded under Section 6.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Singapore.
